"Shella" was named for Shelton and della foster who spent their lives assisting their daughter debbie through multiple disabilities.
Shella Care Management Services was established in 2004 after experiencing firsthand the challenges of caring for individuals with functional needs. The Shella Foundation is in an outgrowth for this need.
Our mission is to assist families encountering those same difficulties in a ‘family friendly’ environment in the areas of respite care, special needs individuals, and senior long term care.
The Shella Foundation’s Mission:
"Through grants, community partnerships, and fundraising efforts The Shella Foundation empowers seniors, children, veterans, and people with disabilities to live at home independently while inspiring families to advocate for quality care that benefits those who need supportive services."
