The Cupboard is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization located in Sun City and is dedicated to alleviating hunger and malnutrition in the Menifee Valley.

Senior Center hosts a various spectrum of programs and activities covering a wide range of interests taking place at the center on a daily basis.
The Shella Foundation, through the Interfaith Community Council was privileged to provide a donation for the 2019 Free Thanksgiving Dinner sponsored by the Kay Ceniceros Senior Center.
El Modena Resource Center
Family Resource Centers (FRCs) offer services to families in their own neighborhoods. Their staff work hard to engrain themselves in their community resulting in a high level of trust from their clients. Each FRC is operated collaboratively by several agencies including hosptials, non-profits, and cities.
El Modena is one of our three family resource centers strengthen families and the communities that surround them. The centers provide an environment that helps families become safe and stable. They work with community leaders to build healthy and strong communities.
The Shella Foundation recently gave 2 gifts of $1,000 each plus 10 bags of food. EL Modena gave out $25 gift cards from the $2,000
SWAG believes the resources to address homelessness already exist throughout each community, and the missing component is the communication and coordination of the existing resources to address the different aspects of homelessness. Through our community outreach and mobile supportive services, we will educate the community about homelessness, and how they can be a part of a permanent solution to address homelessness in their community.
On January 18th, 2020 the Interfaith Council partnered with SWAG to serve at the local domestic violence shelter.
The Shella Foundation donation was used to repair the shelter, along with members of the Menifee Interfaith & Community Service Council who volunteered their time and support with this project.
